The first, taking place from 4.00-5.30pm, celebrates the 4th anniversary of the Institute. Friends and supporters will join together to highlight the past, present, and future work the Institute has done to further fiduciary principles. The second event will commemorate the Advisers Act of 1940 from 5.30-8.30pm, and will include a panel discussion of nationally recognized experts on fiduciary duty. This discussion focuses solely on whether or not the Advisers Act is still working in today’s environment, 75 years after its creation.
